Hivel is a fast-growing B2B startup on its 0-1 journey that believes in work-life harmony. You will be integral to our growth journey as a Graphic Designer, contributing to customer delight and influencing purchase decisions. Your efforts will be rejoiced by the marketing and sales team, who constantly interact with prospects and customers.  

You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions and more.

• 0-2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Excited to be part of a fast-paced startup environment.
• Your graphics capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message.
• Creativity, resourcefulness, a sense of ownership, and an eagerness to learn and problem-solve.
• You have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design.
• We'd like to meet you if you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team.
• A willingness to work out of the office in Hyderabad.

• Work closely with our marketing team to create a great visual design for lead magnets, ads, customized cover images, and more.
• Defining requirements, visualising and creating graphics, including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos.
• Study design briefs and determine requirements.
• Schedule projects and define budget constraints.
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand.
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
• Work with copywriters to produce final design.
• Test graphics across various media.
• Amend designs after feedback.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
