We are a US-based startup with product and development based out of India. We are building in India for global markets, using the Silicon Valley exposure of our founder, advisors, and investors from top companies like Uber, Square, Microsoft, and Amazon. We are based out of Hyderabad but are open to remote team members as long as they can travel occasionally. 

What will you do?

We’re hiring a Marketing Manager to join our growing team and to scale our pipeline-generation and marketing automation initiatives. You will get to be part of the exhilarating 0-1 journey! The Marketing Manager will work closely with the CEO & COO to scale the function, drive marketing programs, innovative new campaigns and tactics and help us reach more CTOs and Engineering Leaders across the globe. We are seeking a data-informed, passionate player-coach who thrives on ambitious targets. 

Our ideal candidate is entrepreneurial and can wear multiple hats while building our brand.  You will be critical in helping build our playbook, mapping out processes, and working closely with our leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity to build, grow, strategize, and execute. 


Preferably Hyderabad (open to remote after a few months depending on the situation).


  • 4+ years driving revenue with demand generation campaigns for B2B startups.
  • You’re passionate about working in a startup environment with compression of hierarchies and collapsing of boundaries in an integrated Go-to-Market team environment.
  • You’ve demonstrated how to scale marketing programs in high-growth B2B, delivering results.
  • You know how to both produce and evaluate excellent, high-performing marketing programs.
  • You have strong virtual communication skills with the ability to summarize, present and prioritize.
  • You can run 2-4 weeks sprints and understand A/B testing and approach growth with an analytical mindset, scaling from smaller to bigger budgets.
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize SEO, SEM, email, ABM, and run multi-segment, multi-persona.
  • Driven email campaigns in Hubspot & Apollo.
  • Experience working with global agencies and contractors.
  • B2B and SaaS experience with an understanding of enterprise pipeline demand generation. 
  • (bonus) Performance advertising experience across search and display channels.


  • Define, execute, and optimize demand generation across all regions and segments using industry best practices that are effective for B2B SaaS revenue growth.
  • Develop demand across online and offline channels including SEO/SEM, Account Based Marketing, virtual events, webinars, and world-class, integrated digital marketing campaigns. 
  • Work on demand generation campaigns.
  • Optimize email marketing (including re-engaging leads, lead-nurturing sequences, database health, and growth). 
  • Develop a strategy to expand its footprint in specific new industries and new countries.
