Hivel is a B2B SaaS solution for engineering teams delivering productivity insights that aids in creating a data-driven culture for people and process efficiency. We aim to make engineering teams release features more often, take less time to roll out features, and also avoid team burnout.
We are an early-stage US-based startup with product and development based out of India. We are building in India for global markets, using the Silicon Valley exposure of our founder, and involvement of advisors, and investors from top companies like Adobe, Square, Microsoft, Postman, Ola, and Amazon.
Hivel is on a 0-1 journey that also believes in work-life balance. You will play an integral part in our growth journey as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) contributing to the growth team to activate the top-of-the-funnel, get more leads, and increase the expanse of presenting Hivel to the world.
In this role, you will work closely with our marketing & sales team in lead curation, database building, activating leads by closing relevant meetings for the AEs, and find creative ways to keep the sales pipeline healthy.
