What data do you actually access?
Read-only metadata from GitHub/GitLab (PR timing, review cycles, commit frequency) and Jira (ticket age, sprint data, workflow stages). We never access code, secrets, comments, or personal messages.
Does Hivel work with our stack?
If your team runs on GitHub, GitLab, Azure, or Bitbucket - with Jira, Linear, or Azure Boards, and uses any AI coding tool, you're covered. Setup takes ~10 minutes.
Will individual developers be named or ranked?
Never. All insights are team-level and systemic. We don't believe in developer surveillance and your report won't enable it. The goal is to surface process and tooling gaps, not individual performance.
